The Absecon Public School District is a K-8 district of 830 students located in Atlantic County, New Jersey. Our Mission is to provide educational excellence by challenging the children, in the small and spirited community of Absecon, through progressive programs which develop productive and responsible citizens. 

We are resolved to ensure all students achieve the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards at all grade levels and our comprehensive education program provides opportunities for students to become life-long learners.

Petitions for the November 6, 2012 School Board election are available in the district office or can be downloaded at www.njsba.org.  The deadline to file petitions with the County clerk is 4:00 p.m. on June 5th, 2012.
