  1. A.     Recommend approval of amending the 2015-16 school calendar to switch the end of year Teacher Institute and School Improvement Days.  The last day with students would be on the School Improvement Day on Wednesday, May 25 (students dismissed at noon), and the Last Teacher Institute Day would be on Thursday, May 26.
  2. B.     Recommend approving the superintendent to begin preparing a Tentative Budget for the 2017 Fiscal Year.
  3. C.     Recommend adoption of the schedule for regular Board of Education meetings for the 2016-17 school year.
  4. D.     Proposal for a web based Student Information System.

 

  1. E.      Place on First reading the following Board Policy updates: 6:130, 6:300, 6:300-E2, 7:150, 7:150-AP, 7:190, 7:190-AP2, 7:190-AP3, 7:190-AP4, 7:190-AP7, 7:190-AP8, 7:190-E1, 7:190-E3, 7:190-E4, 7:200, 7:200-E1, 7:200-E2, &;210, 7:210-E1, 7:220, 7:230, 7:240, 7:240-AP2, 7:305 and 7:305-AP.

 

 

  1. VIII.      Closed Session For the purpose of discussing personnel matters, student discipline and collective bargaining.

  1. A.     Employ Licet Gonzalez-Ricardo - Spanish Language Facilitator at Gard
  2. B.     Employ Kelly Rogger - Elementary Teacher with commitment to obtain ESL Endorsement
  3. C.     Employ Hannah Lovekamp - Elementary Teacher with ESL Endorsement
  4. D.     Employ Cassie Wankel - Pre-K with commitment to obtain ELL endorsement
  5. E.      Employ Tammee Petersen - Gard Elementary Dean of Students
  6. F.      Employ LeAnna Wilson - Speech Language Pathologist (pending certification)
