We hope that our families have a great summer! Don’t forget to read daily with your child and to continue to work on sight words. See you next year! The Kindergarten Team
Rising Kindergarteners: To prepare for Kindergarten, please work with your child on simple life skills like zipping jackets, buttoning pants, and using the restroom independently. Play alphabet games with your child over the summer to strengthen their alphabet knowledge. Don’t forget to work on the sounds that each letter makes. We encourage you to read, read, and read some more! Read lots of nursery rhymes and books with rhymes in it (Dr. Seuss books are great options). We look forward to meeting you and your child in the new school year!
