Katherine Sullivan is a first year Arabic teacher at the Boston Arts Academy. She received her BA in English from Tufts University in 2010 and is a graduate of Middlebury College’s summer Arabic Language School. Last year she worked as an assistant in BAA’s first Arabic class, and this summer she chaperoned the program’s cultural exchange trip to Washington DC and Florida, which brought together students from Boston, Washington, and Qatar.

 

Ms. Sullivan has been a musician for many years. Her primary instrument is the French horn, and she also sings and plays piano and pit percussion.
