Ms. Chrystal Holaway
Manager - Employment Services
Ms. Holaway has dedicated her entire professional career to serving the needs of students and staff in the public schools environment. After graduating from high school in 2000, Chrystal was employed by Collier County Public Schools in the Purchasing department while simultaneously earning a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Hodges University in 2008. The subsequent 12 years of her CCPS career were spent in the Office of Human Resources as an HR Manager overseeing Applicant Screening.
Her employment with BPS began in January of 2014 as an Employment Specialist prior to her selection to her current role of Employment Manager in 2015. In her current role, she oversees the functions of Applicant Intake, Staffing, and Certification.
