Secure passage of the permanent adoption of the Federally Connected Student Supplement:
In 2015, efforts put forth by Brevard's leadership resulted in the addition of funding to districts impacted by their higher level of federally utilized lands. The Federally Connected Student Supplement brought in approximately $2.6 million to Brevard Public Schools, however it will expire on June 30, 2016. This supplement needs to be permanently added in the FEFP calculations.
