FRCS Scholarship and Grant Program Mission

1. To raise and distribute funds to deserving FRCS students and teachers through scholarships and grants;
2. To encourage the pursuit of post high school education;
3. To promote, recognize and reward academic achievement at all grade levels; and
4. To advance professional development, innovative programs and other deserving projects of FRCS teachers.
