Drop/Add Procedures

Greetings Students, Parents, and Guardians:

The drop/add period for schedule changes began last week on Wednesday 9/16/17. According to the Secondary Procedures Handbook, the student initiated drop/add period is 10 days in length and will continue through this Friday 9/25/17. The procedure in place at CHS is for the student to pick up a yellow drop/add form in guidance. The student will then put their request on the form, get a parent signature, then turn the form back into guidance. All drop/add forms that are turned into guidance then get forwarded to the CHS administration for review. Once returned to guidance the counselor will make the appropriate changes if applicable. Your child's education is extremely important to us, please allow us the time to get through our protocol. Our counselors as well as the CHS administration are working diligently on this process.
