The Lake Oswego School Board has unanimously approved a mediation settlement that will conclude the first phase of the district’s legal actions pertaining to the design and construction of Lake Oswego High School.

A settlement in the amount of $6,715,667 will be paid by Robinson Construction, J.J. Henri Co., and various subcontractors connected with the project.
