Welcome to Japanese 1! ようこそ!  In this class you will begin your formal study of Japanese. We will work on reading, writing, speaking and listening skills, and we'll enjoy Japanese culture as well. Contrary to popular belief, the basics of Japanese are easy to master. And we’ll have a lot of fun working towards mastery in class. ^_^! By the end of Japanese one you will be able to speak, read and write in simple sentences about yourself, family, friends and school.
