Dec. 5, 2012 — Mars Area School Board has reorganized for 2013.

Dayle Ferguson was re-appointed as Board President, Rebecca S. Brown as Board Vice President. Other Board members are Rita Dorsch, Jane Dunn, John L. Kennedy, Gordon Marburger, H. Ross McConnell, Christine Valenta and Bonnie L. Weaver.

In 2013, work sessions and regular Board meetings will continue to be held at 7 p.m. on the first and second Tuesday of each month, respectively, with some exceptions. Meeting dates for 2013 are Jan. 8 and 15; Feb. 5 and 12; March 12 and 19; April 2 and 9; May 7 and 14; June 4 and 11; July 16; Aug. 6 and 13; Sept. 3 and 10; Oct. 1 and 8; Nov. 4 (Monday) and 12; and Dec. 3.

All meeting are open to the public and will be held in the boardroom at the District’s Administration Office, 545 Route 228, Mars, Pa. 16046.
