Dear Parent or Guardian of the Class of 2012,

This is a letter to explain the yearbook/senior picture process. We require all of our
senior pictures to be taken with Hayward Photography. By having this agreement,
Hayward provides all of our school ID’s along with all of our club, superlatives and
sports pictures. You may contact Hayward Photography to set up a formal senior picture
session at any time. If you choose not to have a formal picture taken with Hayward we
will be using the ID picture taken next fall for the yearbook. There are scholarships
available you may contact either of the yearbook advisors or the main office regarding
this.

The price of the 2011-2012 Yearbook will be 85 dollars and ordering information will be
given out in the fall.

Your child’s yearbook is something that both you and your family will enjoy, cherish and
value forever. It is important to the yearbook staff here at Milton High School to involve
and include every member of this class.

The “ad” space in the yearbook is a great way to send a special message to your son or
daughter. Many families in the past have included a short message, congratulatory
statements and even childhood pictures in their yearbook “ad”. This is a great way to
personalize the yearbook for our students.

The yearbook is an expensive undertaking and a lot of work. We know that senior year
comes with a great deal of additional expenses, paying for college applications, senior
activities such as the prom as well as any sports, clubs and other activities your son or
daughter might be involved in. Listed below are the costs and options for
