PINK TEAM Wins the Florida State Championship!

This weekend the Pink Team-FTC 6323 faced 37 teams at the Prime Osborn Convention Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Pink and its alliance partners set records at every match; with the highest score being 498 in 2 minutes and 30 seconds without any penalties. At the end of the qualifying matches, our drive and software teams chose Team Masquerade 4997 (Tampa) and Wired Cats 6322 (Ft. Lauderdale) as alliance partners. Our alliance defeated the 2nd place blue alliance in the elimination matches claiming a much deserved victory. It was not easy! Everyone agreed this was the most intense tournament (54 matches). We faced amazing teams with impressive robots.  At the end, The Pink Team-FTC 6323 was crowned Florida State Champs and is heading to the South Regionals in Athens, Georgia in March to face over 72 teams. Winning the South Regional means advancing to the Houston World Championship in April.
