For admission to the Mother's Day Out Program, a child must be 3 to 4 years of age by September 30 of the current school year. At the time of enrollment, the following documents must be presented:
Official Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Certificate of Baptism (if Catholic)
Social Security Card (if possible)
Families can chose a 3 day option- Tuesday,
Wednesday, and Thursday or a 2 day option-a choice of these days.
