The students ended Celebrate Middle School Day by attending a concert by the Scott Air Force Base band, Hot Brass.  Thanks to Tanya Miller, mother of 8th grader, Aaron Miller, the band was able to visit TMS and perform for the students and staff for over an hour on the afternoon of Thursday, May 9th.  The concert culminated a day of activities, including a Varsity Team v Staff volleyball game, grade level Minute to Win It activities, and a teacher appreciation luncheon.  Mr. John Viano, executive director of AIMS, was on hand earlier in the morning to present the school with its Horizon Re-designation Award.
