Common Application without a Letter of Recommendation
If you are planning to request that Mr. Zekofsky complete the Secondary Report section of the Common Application for you, please print and carefully follow the steps below.
STEP 1 – SIGN UP to reserve a Due Date.
Sign up on the electronic list at SignUpGenius.com. If you do not already have an account on SignUpGenius, you will need to create one. To find Mr. Zekofsky's sign up list, go to the "Find a Sign Up" tab, and use his email address firstname.lastname@example.org to located the list.
This is first-come, first-serve and there are a limited number of spots available. Please be courteous. If you sign up for a date and then decide that you do not need or want Mr. Zekofsky to complete the Secondary Report for you, please let him know as soon as possible.
Also, keep in mind that teachers and counselors are not required to provide recommendations or Secondary Reports, so be thoughtful and considerate of the time it takes to prepare your materials.
STEP 2 – SUBMIT DOCUMENTS TO MR. ZEKOFSKY
Submit the following documents on or before the date you reserved on Mr. Zekofsky’s Sign-Up Sheet.
- Set up a Common Application account or an electronic account for your specific university. (Mr. Zekofsky’s email is email@example.com).
- Submit a Transcript Request Card to Maria in the Magnet Office. Indicating that the transcript will be an electronic copy.
- Attain, Verify, and Sign that your Unofficial Transcript is correct. Submit proof of payment and signed unofficial transcript to Mr. Zekofsky with a hard copy of your completed Bragg Sheet and a list of the scholarship or university due dates.
NO LATE MATERIALS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!
