General Information



Through the Waseca County Collaborative for Families, WIS is able to offer the services of a Family Services Coordinator (FSC). The FSC serves as a liaison between school, families and other resources. The FSC works with children and families in the schools and in the community. Individual and small group counseling is also available to students at WIS. Small groups cover a variety of topics such as:


  • Worries/Anxiety
  • Friendships

  • Bullying/Relational Aggression

  • Anger management

  • Organizational skills

  • Self-esteem

  • Loss/Divorce/Death


A variety of parenting resources are kept on hand in the FSC's office as well as information/contact numbers for resources in the Waseca and surrounding communities.

Provides assistance to individuals and families in need of assistance.
