Meet Mrs. Hancock

All About Me



  • I have worked at Ralph Williams Elem since 2006; worked in Orange County from 2003-2006; and previously worked in hospitals, nursing homes, and home health.
  • I graduated with my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication Disorders from Auburn University.



  • I am married with 2 children, who both attend Williams Elem.
  • I am a HUGE football fan!!  The Auburn Tigers are my favorite, followed by the Jacksonville Jaguars and Carolina Panthers.
  • I enjoy the beach, vacations with my family, reading, and exercising.


On the Job, I:

  • service students in PK through 6th grade, who have speech and/or language disorders, including articulation errors; fluency/stuttering concerns; and vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension difficulties.
  • complete hearing screens.
  • screen and evaluate students with speech and/or language difficulties.
  • consult with faculty and staff regarding student needs.
  • am involved in daily, school-wide Response to Intervention, which we call SMART here at Williams.
