HOW TO VIEW AN EDLINE  OR QUARTERLY PROGRESS REPORT

• To view a single-report format which shows grading information for all classes: log on to your student's account, select "Private Reports" and then "View" next to the most recent "Campbell HS" entry.
• When reading an Edline report, please make sure you check the academic average in the upper left hand side of the page AS WELL AS each competency subtotal located towards the bottom of the class posting. Students need to have a grade of 65 or above for an academic average AND in EACH competency in order to pass the class.
•  Some teachers may update on their own so an individual class may have an entry above the Campbell HS one. That would contain the most up-to-date information about that specific class.
• Please keep in mind the first posting to edline may contain very few grades in a particular course core competency. As a result, one grade can have a significant, overweighted impact in the calculation of the grade in a core competency and the overall grade. As the semester progresses and more grades are added to each competency the significance of and weight of a single grade is reduced.
