Eastern International Baccalaureate Magnet High School is the only high school in mid-Michigan authorized to offer students the opportunity to earn a prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma. The IB program is intended to promote the development of the whole person as a conscientious, contributing member of a global society. Students will be encouraged to explore new avenues of thought, expand their interests, and investigate areas above and beyond the normal curriculum.

Eastern High School aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. Our students will be guided by the International Baccalaureate philosophy and its challenging program of international education and rigorous assessment.
