Taylor County Elementary School (TCES) is a Title I school committed to serving the needs of all learners, grades 3-5.  Under the Federal No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB), Title I provides for a comprehensive educational program, including academics, teacher qualifications, staff professional development and parental involvement.
