Summer Workouts

SUMMER WORKOUTS:

Start Monday June 12th.

Days: Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Times:  8-9:30 am OR 4-5:30pm  (you can attend EITHER ONE)

Meet at the weight room door.

What to wear/bring: shorts, t-shirt, appropriate shoes. No inappropriate logo/sayings on apparel.  Bring water.  Hydrate before workouts, stay hydrated throughout the day.

 

New permission form IS NEEDED!  Bring with you to first workout.
