Title:  Last Days of summer

Author:

Genre:  Fiction

I thought that the book, Last Days of Summer, was a good story.  I liked it because it showed how life was like during the time of the Great Depression.  What made it different from other books and stories was that it was about a lower middle class Jewish boy living in New York City at the time of WWII.  Most other books tell you the point of view of either the wealthy or the poor.  This book also includes lots of humor which helps you forget that it is an awful time in America's history.
